Legal
Spearpoint Jets is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. Spearpoint Jets does not own or operate aircraft and does not exercise operational control over any flight. All air transportation arranged through Spearpoint Jets is performed by properly licensed direct air carriers that exercise full operational control of their aircraft and flights.
Spearpoint Jets arranges charter transportation with third-party direct air carriers and is not the operator of the aircraft.
The direct air carrier operating a flight retains operational control and responsibility for the operation of the aircraft.
Before entering into a contract for a specific charter, Spearpoint Jets will provide the applicable disclosures required by 14 CFR Part 295, including the corporate name of the direct air carrier that will exercise operational control and any other names under which that carrier holds itself out to the public.
Spearpoint Jets will disclose the capacity in which it is acting for the applicable transaction as required by 14 CFR Part 295.
Applicable disclosures concerning broker liability insurance will be provided as required by law.
Applicable pricing and known third-party charge information will be provided in accordance with 14 CFR Part 295.
If information required to be disclosed changes after contracting, updated information will be provided as required by applicable law.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with the charter agreement and applicable law, including applicable requirements of 14 CFR Part 295.
